Based between Germany and Ireland, Elena Lydia Kreusch is an artistic director, curator, producer and scholar in the cultural field. She has a practical education in Contemporary Circus, Contemporary Dance and Movie Stunts, as well as an academic background in ‘Critical Development Studies’, ‘International Cultural Management’, ‘Sustainable Finance and Digital Innovation’ and ‘Theatre, Film and Media Studies’.
She speaks at conferences, publishes articles, teaches at univiersities and is a member of different juries and committees. She conceptualizes and curates cultural projects and mentors artists as well as cultural institutions. On a freelance basis she works as tour manager and producer for performing art companies and as coordinator for transnational collaboration projects. Her own artistic works are situated at the interface of performance and video art.
